As Recruiting Manager, Mr. Chris Green acts as the liaison between the recruiting department, the project / program managers and the principle owners. Chris recently retired after serving 21 years from the United States Army. A Native of Chicago, IL, Chris recently moved to the Washington, DC area to support the PRO-telligent recruiting department. Chris is a graduate of Vincennes University and uses his 19 years of military recruiting experience, to teach; guide and mentor his department.

Eric Reeder has been in the Information Technology industry since 1993, and has worked as a Satellite Engineer and a Project Manager. Prior to his career in information technology Eric played professional baseball (AA Level) for a couple of years. After moving to the Washington DC area from California in 2002 he began a career in recruiting, and has been with PRO-telligent since May of 2006. Eric still tries to keep up to date with the latest technology which allows him to seek out the most qualified candidates. He is extremely happy to be a part of the team here with PRO-telligent and is willing to do what ever it takes to satisfy the client and candidate as well!

Gwendolyn Richard is the newest Recruiter to join the Pro-telligent family. She is a graduate from Michigan State University with a Masters in a Criminal Justice. She is originally from Redondo Beach, California and moved to Maryland to pursue a “transition” from state government employment. She spent a year working with TSA in the local hiring and Recruitment Department for Ronald Reagan National Airport. Her 11 years experience with the Michigan Department of Corrections, traveling on the State wide recruitment team shows her drive and determination to recruiting highly qualified candidates to satisfy the needs of our clients.
