PRO-telligent, LLC has been awarded the Department of State Hybrid Information Technology Support Services (HITSS) contract as a Prime contractor.

• HITTS is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle
• HITSS contract awarded to PRO-telligent, LLC has a value of $100 million dollars over one base year and four one year options.

The Scope of Work under the HITTS contract includes, but is not limited to, the following services:

• Supporting State’s software, hardware, and communications technology
• Systems and software analysis/design
• Computer programming
• Configuration Management
• Testing/Troubleshooting
• Computer Security
• Technical writing, training, and word processing
