Ms. Sebastian is an accomplished executive with a proven record of successful leadership and management experience encompassing strategic and operational planning, finance, personnel management, training, and contract management oversight, and has been instrumental in routinely creating value, significantly improving revenues, and enhancing return on investment. She is recognized as an expert in overseeing complex organizations, programs, and projects, and in implementing cost-saving solutions.

Robert S. Cordes:
President - Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Robert Cordes is co-owner and President/Chief Operating Officer of PRO-telligent, LLC, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business. Mr. Cordes is a senior-level executive with over 30 years experience in the Information Technology business area, to include extensive program and system integration management, operations experience, outsourcing, and software development in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Cordes has led large contracts involving special operations, “denied-area” operations, special security support activities, and intelligence support activities.

John E. Clark:
Executive Vice President – Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Clark is Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at PRO-telligent, LLC, responsible for establishing corporate strategic partnerships with the various bureaus and offices at the Department of State. He is currently reviewing the Department’s systems for supporting visa issuance and border security. Mr. Clark has over 25 years of U.S. DoS experience. He is a retired Foreign Service Officer and was Deputy Assistant Secretary for Information Management, Director of Antiterrorism Assistance, and Director of Information Services for a major international law firm, Howrey and Simon with facilities in Washington, Largo, Los Angeles, and Palo Alto.

Thomas L. Dean:
Executive Vice President
Mr. Dean is Executive Vice President at PRO-telligent, LLC, responsible for significant contributions to the formulation, implementation, and administration of corporate-wide policies and business goals. Mr. Dean has over 40 years of leadership experience and is credited to the growth of some of today’s top companies. Prior to joining the PRO-telligent team, Mr. Dean was the Vice President of Business Operations for VeriSign Communications Services. There he was responsible for all Business Operations functions for the $1B international group. In addition, Mr. Dean oversaw several major domestic and international VeriSign acquisitions, where he was assigned Executive oversight for the merger of the acquired companies. Before VeriSign, Mr. Dean held various executive leadership positions at American Management Systems, Inc including Vice President/BA Controller, for the Communications, Media and Entertainment Group (CME). While assigned to CME, Mr. Dean had executive responsibility for all financial aspects of the $640M, 4000 person organization. Mr. Dean is a Retired Naval Intelligence Officer
who held various positions of increasing responsibility in a highly classified environment including work with the Office of Naval Intelligence, the National Security Agency and the Naval Security Group.

Craig N. Chretien:
Principal Account Executive
Mr. Chretien is a Principal Account Executive of PRO-telligent LLC, responsible for customer interface in key counter narcotics and counter terrorism activities. Mr. Chretien brings over
twenty-five years of distinguished service with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) where he held senior level positions such as the Assistant Administrator of Intelligence, one of the most senior positions within the agency, and the Chief of International Operations. Earlier in his career he had resident assignments in Brazil, Bolivia and Peru. Immediately after his retirement from DEA, Mr. Chretien held several senior positions in the private sector as Vice President of the second largest international alarm company, and subsequently as Vice President of an international investigative consulting firm based on California. As a PRO-telligent employee he recently completed a long term assignment for the U.S. Ambassador and the Department of State, Bureau of International Law Enforcement at the U.S Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan.

Mario P. Fiori:
Principal Account Executive
Dr. Mario Fiori is the
Principal Account Executive of PRO-telligent LLC, responsible
for facilitating growth focused on corporate development targets
in the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy. Dr.
Fiori is a senior federal executive with over 30 years
experience managing billion dollar annual budget programs for
the DoD and DoE. In addition, he was confirmed by the U.S.
Senate as Assistant Secretary of the Army (Installations and
Environment) where he oversaw a $14B program. Dr. Fiori managed
the Savannah River site and was the Departmental Representative
to the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) for DoE
where he directed diverse activities involving national
security, waste management and advanced technology research and
development. Dr Fiori was a retired nuclear submariner and the
Commanding Officer of its nuclear propulsion plant and weapon
systems.

Harold D. Wankel:
Principal Account Executive
Mr. Wankel
is a Principal Account Executive of PRO-telligent, LLC
responsible for expanding our footprint in the international
arena, with a special focus on Afghanistan. Mr. Wankel came
to PRO-telligent after a distinguished, 28-year career in
federal law enforcement, security operations, and foreign
diplomacy. During his tenure at the FBI and the DEA, where
he served both domestically and overseas, he rose quickly to
senior management positions and finally retired from the DEA
as the agency’s Chief of Operations. Mr. Wankel also has
spent ten years in the private sector, where he has handled
corporate business development and held senior management
positions with the world’s second largest alarm security
company and a top international cargo airline. Mr. Wankel has extensive law enforcement
experience in Afghanistan and the surrounding region that
span over 30 years. He currently operates from our PRO-telligent office in Kabul.

Bobbie G. Boykin, Jr.:

Mr. Boykin is Senior Vice President at PRO-telligent, LLC, responsible for the daily operation of the Company’s accounting, financial, and contractual functions. Mr. Boykin streamlined the company’s
financial processes and established the highest professional
financial team that serves as a base for our organizational
successes. He is a veteran of the USAF and a former Presidential
Communications Operator of the Year at Andrews AFB, MD.

Peter Skangos:
Senior Vice President
Mr. Skangos is a Senior Vice President of
Marketing for PRO-telligent, LLC, responsible for marketing strategies and teaming relationships. His responsibilities also include developing and advancing the company's information technology markets. Mr. Skangos brings over 20 years of management, marketing, sales and innovative product launch and delivery experience to PRO-telligent. With deep experience in both Federal and Commercial industries, Mr. Skangos has served in many executive management roles varying from small to large. Most recently, Mr. Skangos' attention has been involved in assisting major Fortune 500 companies in the verticals of Energy, Oil/Gas, Telecommunications and Defense/ Non-Defense federal agencies focused on streamlining their Asset Management, Configuration Management and Business Work-Flow to comply with the many laws regulating businesses through the use of enterprise solutions.

Ed Bishop:
Division Vice President
Mr. Bishop is a Division Vice President of PRO-telligent, LLC, responsible for directing the National Intelligence Services Division, and providing world-class experts and solutions to the Intelligence and DoD sectors. He has over 20 years of business initiation and growth and Intelligence experience in the Defense markets; holding leadership roles in engineering, business development, and operational areas. Mr. Bishop was a founding member and served on the Board of Directors of Protelligent, LLC. Mr. Bishop was also the Vice President of APTI Technical Services, Inc., that provided world class technology consultants to DoD and industry. He is an active member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), Maryland Marketing Group, Howard County BRAC Re-Alignment Council, Association of Old Crows (AOC) and the Armed Forces Communications Electronics Association (AFCEA).

Ray
Clift:
Division Vice President
Mr. Clift
is a Division Vice President of PRO-telligent, LLC
responsible for directing the Department of State Managed
Services Division. Mr. Clift has over 24 years’ technical
and account management experience in the computer systems
and telecommunications field, in both classified and
unclassified environments – including 20 years supporting
the Department of State. He came to PRO-telligent from CACI,
where he was director of Business Development, strategic
planning, and task sales for CACI’s Department of State and
USAID accounts. Prior to that, he managed IT projects for
Lockheed Martin’s Professional Services Group, where he
worked with clients from the Department of Commerce, DOE,
EPA and the NRC.

Mike Horn:
Division Vice President
Mr. Horn is a Division Vice President of PRO-telligent, LLC Special Operations Division, responsible for expanding our footprint and directing programs in support of U.S. government agencies that have counter narcotics, counter terrorism, police training, and intelligence mandates both in the States and overseas. The focus of these programs encompasses ongoing and projected activities in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, and other areas in South Asia, Africa, as well as expanding programs in Mexico, and Central & South America. Mr. Horn brings us extensive senior level management experience with the U.S. Government including a distinguished career of 36 years of combined service with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and subsequently as the Director of the National Drug Intelligence Center in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Some of his notable career accomplishments with DEA include overseas assignments in Turkey and Malaysia, and Senior Executive Service positions as the Special Agent in Charge of DEA’s Special Operations Division, and the Chief of DEA’s International Operations. Since his retirement from the Government he has been a consultant on a variety of projects utilizing his subject matter expertise on counter narcotics and intelligence and has previously collaborated with PRO-telligent on several projects involving the State Department INL and the DoD Counter Narcoterrorism projects (CNTPO).
