Arlington, VA – February 4, 2008 - PRO-telligent, LLC today announced the appointment of Patricia Todaro Bolin as the company’s new Vice President of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Services. With 20 years experience in the Civilian, Defense, and National Security arenas, Ms. Todaro Bolin has earned a reputation as an innovative, results-oriented leader who is not afraid to take risks or tackle challenges.

Prior to joining PRO-telligent, Ms. Todaro Bolin directed all aspects of business development, capture management and delivery administration functions for DHS, DOD and other Government and Commercial arenas for an Arlington firm. She leveraged that expertise from her previous experience as Director, Executive Management/Chief of Staff (Office of Finance) Customs and Border Protection at the Department of Homeland Security. At DHS she was assigned as principle consultant and advisor to Assistant Commissioner and Executive Directors in planning, organizing and supervising the operational and administrative matters relating to the Office of Finance (OF).

She also served as Director, Logistics-Office of Asset Management Customs and Border Protection at DHS. Her responsibilities included defining objectives and goals; prescribing policies, procedures and guidelines; determining resource requirements; evaluating programs; and, establishing accountability for the effective operation of the Logistics programs.
