Arlington, VA – April 4, 2007 - PRO-telligent, LLC announced today that it has been awarded the Department of State Hybrid Information Technology Support Services (HITSS) contract as a prime contractor. Through the HITSS contract, PRO-telligent and our subcontractor, L-3 Titan Corporation, will support State’s mission at headquarters and field offices throughout the United States and internationally by providing a broad range of IT services. The value of the contract for the base year and four one year options is $100 million. PRO-telligent’s CEO, Judy Sebastian, attributes this contract award to our strong DoS foundation in our mission focused, operational and solution oriented experience, specialized expertise, and technology savvy.

The Department of State selected a mix of multiple small businesses to provide general information technology services at agency facilities in the United States and abroad. The awards under the Hybrid Information Technology Services at State program fall into four set-aside categories: 8(a), Small Business, Service-Disabled/Veteran-Owned, and Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone). This contract is in support of the Agency’s Information Technology Systems and related equipment and services. The selected vendors will support State's software, hardware, and communications technology, providing such services as systems and software analysis and design, computer programming, configuration management, testing, and troubleshooting.
