Arlington, VA November 4, 2005 – Ms. Judy Sebastian, CEO and co-founder of PRO-telligent LLC, was honored by the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, at the Fourth Annual Tech-E Awards. She was named as the Technology Executive of the Year. This award is given to the CEO of an Arlington Virginia based Company, which under exemplary executive leadership, has thrived as a member of the growing technology community of Arlington, and has successfully delivered technology based solutions to clients in the public and private sector. Ms. Sebastian is the first female executive to receive this award.

Winners of the 4th Annual Tech-E Awards were announced at a November 3 Breakfast Ceremony, presented by the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. Nearly 150 people attended the event, held at the Holiday Inn, National Airport. The attendants included Arlington County Board members, Representatives from the Virginia House of Delegates, the Virginia State Senate, and members of the Arlington County School Board. Additionally, George Strawn, Chief Information Officer at the National Science Foundation, and Brian van de Graaff of WJLA – Channel 7 were also in attendance at the morning’s event, as the Keynote Speaker and the Emcee, respectively.
