Arlington, Va., September 12, 2006 - PRO-telligent, LLC announced today that the company has received ISO 9001:2000 registration/certification from Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. PRO-telligent received ISO 9001:2000 registration certificates formally documenting a significant achievement in our process improvement effort and acknowledging our commitment to quality. This news capped a six month long effort to implement a Quality Management System (QMS) within the company. All staff involved with the ISO initiative supported the effort enthusiastically, with the result that PRO-telligent exceeded timeframe expectations in achieving this goal. Our ISO 9001:2000 certification is a statement about our commitment to quality for the long-term. The PRO-telligent QMS includes continual improvement of our quality processes and a method for review and correction of issues. The PRO-telligent QMS provides an effective and efficient method of ensuring delivery of quality products and services as well as ensuring customer satisfaction for both our current customers and those we will have the privilege to support in the future.

PRO-telligent partnered with Star Associates International who provided ISO consulting services and performed the internal assessments throughout the company.
